[Full-time] Medical Records Field Technician at

Enterprise Consulting Solutions (ECS) is an established nationwide company looking for individuals with medical record experience. This is a temporary position where individuals will be engaged to scan medical records in provider offices for up to three months.

This is a project related position and applicants must be able to commit to the project for 4-12 weeks. Applicants must be available to be scheduled Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Training and equipment will be provided.

Compensation is $15/hr with an opportunity to earn $25.00 weekly bonuses.

- Scan medical charts at various medical offices using company provided equipment.
- Upload scanned medical charts to our corporate data center using your high-speed internet connection.

- Must dress and act in a professional manner
- Must be familiar with medical terminology
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must have access to high speed wireless internet connection and printer
- Must have strong communication & organizational skills
- Must have the ability to lift 45lbs (our equipment case has wheels and a handle but must be lifted in and out of your vehicle)
- Must have the ability to work independently
- Must have reliable transportation

o Provides case management services for consumers with serious mental illness.
o Promotes consumer recovery into independence by providing an essential range of community-based case management and rehabilitative services.
o Provides a range of clinical and supportive services under the supervision of the QMHP and MHP, including but not limited to, specialized services in conjunction with other professionals such as case management, crisis intervention, skill building activities, and group and/or individual psycho-therapy.
o Coordinates services with ancillary treatment providers
o Makes referrals to additional services and supports when indicated on the consumers recovery plan
o Assists with the development of the recovery plan, crisis plan, or Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP),
o Monitors, evaluates and documents consumer progress
o Provides supportive counseling, provides screening and gathers clinical information for the intake or other assessment and participates in the update of recovery plans.

Qualifications:
o Master’s Degree preferred, may have a Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of twelve (12) semester credit hours in courses such as counseling, criminal justice, human services, psychology, social work, social welfare, sociology, or other behavioral science
o 1-1/2 years of specialized experience
o Valid Hawaii Driver’s license and willingness to use properly insured vehicle
o CPR, First Aid, CPI certification, TB clearance
